This is my character from a game called Destiny.  So what I did was I drew it from the Bungie website and added shadows to him and the color.  When that was done, I had to add a flame on his hand.  So I drew a flame, used the feather and put it around his hand.  For the wings, I just drew one side, and fliped it onto another side.  Then, I made a copy of those, and used the blur to and gave them the glowing effect. Finally i drew a outline around him and feathered the edges to make it look like he is glowing in the dark.

This is my most favorited chacater in any comic serious, DeathStroke.  When I was drawing him, I was realizing it was getting hard to see the different armor pieces.  So what I did is that i put a white blob, lowered the opacity, and feathered the edges to make him look shiny. I did that for his sword too.
